What ROI/ measurable value can a program deliver?

Reaching the elusive outcome is one of our differentiators, we work in all-inclusive project relationships; not the more common hourly retainer model.  In addition to reaching the outcome, we also leave behind the “Earned Media Equation 2 Success” for the team to build upon, beyond our project engagement. Our value is not only in solving the challenge at hand, but leaving behind the capabilities for continued success.

What’s the difference in results/ accountability in a project vs. retainer relationship?

In a project, RMP is committing to an outcome directly tied to a single all-inclusive project fee. Regardless of time it takes to reach the outcome, there are no additional fees.  RMP focuses on achieving outcomes and building the “Equation 2 Success,” whether that takes seven (7) days, weeks, or months to achieve.

In an hourly retainer agreement, the longer something takes, the more it costs the client; whether successful or not.

How can reaching an “outcome” be assured?

RMP achieves successful “outcomes” in 95% of our projects due to our discerning nature. We commit to an outcome because we have been successful before. If we can’t commit to an outcome, we pass on the project.

Does this mean RMP works for clients indefinitely?

RMP works until an outcome is achieved; even if that means working beyond project timeline. The vast majority of the work is done in one period of time that we call “Active Time.” While the resulting outcome may take time, we reengage as we approach the next stage we call “Follow Through Time.”

What is the definition of an “outcome?”

An outcome is reaching a conclusion, requiring two-way engagement from the target audience. Outcomes can include “Yes,” “No,” “Maybe later,” etc. responses with rationale; an outcome is not a guaranteed placement. We share 100% of reporter feedback with client in real-time.

What kind of projects or campaigns benefit by outsourcing?

Any project or campaign where the results have not met expectations. Most commonly, we are deployed when there is a specialty need, an unresponsive outlet/reporter, as interim bench strength while the agency searches for a permanent team member or when client results aren’t being generated consistently. RMP injects immediate results whether deployed early or late in the process.

Our partners have used RMP to complement and develop in-house staff and/or increase the core team’s service capabilities. We are an interim solution provider for the days, weeks, months or longer that it takes to succeed in the challenge-at-hand. However, we engrain the “Equation 2 Success” within your team for future application; beyond our project engagement.

Is this an alternative to in-house staff?

Whether targeting B2B or B2C audiences and/or specific media outlets of importance, RMP provides the on-demand experienced bench strength of Subject Matter Experts to succeed. Navigating our talent network, our partners open the door to hundreds of pre-qualified Subject Matter Experts for on-demand team deployment.

What industries, audiences and media platforms does RMP specialize in?

Our Earned Expert partners include international Award-winning brand marketing professionals that are a combination of in-house and agency Communication professionals with experience in all industries; targeting consumer (B2C) and corporate (B2B) audiences. While our expertise is in Earned, our network includes industry vets that excel in Paid (advertising), Shared (Partnerships and influencers, etc.), and Owned (Social Advertising, SEO, Social Content, etc.) challenges as well.

What is the Riverbed MP Network of Subject Matter Experts?

Our 95% success rate comes with the majority of projects seeing results within the first two (2) weeks of deployment. This includes reporter/outlet identification, coverage analysis, reporter engagement, etc. However long it takes, RMP is committed to achieving the outcome; always leaving behind our “Equation 2 Success.”

How long to see results?

Utilizing only existing client assets and our proprietary process, RMP creates the process for success collaboratively with the client; no new asset creation is needed. Our most common tools to ensure accountability include a 30-minute huddle biweekly, a written biweekly SWOT analysis and real-time communication with team members along the way; these tools maximize alignment and time efficiency. Within the first two (2) weeks, KPIs are identified collaboratively. At the end of the project, in addition to the “Equation 2 Success,” the team receives an After Engagement Review; measuring the projects outcomes to the KPIs and sharing Key Learnings.

How do you manage this to ensure accountability and clear measurement?

Plugging into existing Brand communication vehicles the team already has in place, minimizes the need for partner time in management, communication or oversight. Our partners deploy RMP experts confidently in minutes; requiring zero additional partner time.

How much time does this require?

RMP utilizes only existing team resources combined with our proprietary process, ensuring consistency for client experience is the primary objective. RMP communicates in real-time with account team and senior leadership, providing consistency in communication and accountability. In this way, we can continue established client momentum and/or modify the path to achieve the desired outcome.

How do I maintain control of the quality of work and productivity?

Execution is most commonly done in three ways; in-house, outsourced to a vendor, and/or by RMP. The outcomes achieved from all are similar.

Do I need to use RMP to execute the “Earned Media Equation 2 Success?”

The “E2EMS” is built for sustained success and is a dynamic process that evolves with the times. No Client has yet needed to return on any closed project. We have many repeat customers, working on new challenges. We thrive in identifying the path from challenge to success.

Do the “Earned Media Equation 2 Success” require further RMP collaboration to update periodically?

We want RMP’s outcomes and reputation to speak loudest, knowing there will always be new challenges to solve. This allows us to more effectively blaze a trail providing an easy-to-follow process allowing PR to be predictable, measurable and scalable; rebranding PR away from its intangible and unpredictable roots.

Why does RMP choose to focus on projects? How does RMP grow?
